Nickiesha Linton is a dynamic education and development professional renowned ​for her innovative approach to learning design and strategic program management. ​With a robust background in creating impactful learning experiences, she holds ​esteemed credentials, including the Certified Training and Development ​Professional (CTDP), Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT), and a Master's in Adult ​Education (M.Ed.).

Nickiesha combines her expertise in educational theory with creative digital design, ​using advanced tools to craft engaging content that resonates across diverse sectors. ​Her recent presentation at the University of Technology, Jamaica, titled "Innovate ​to Heal: Unlocking New Possibilities in Healthcare with Generative AI," exemplifies ​her commitment to integrating new technologies into education. Her work, ​including presentations and publications, is offered through her company, Byte ​Sized Blessing, which merges Digital Learning and Digital Creating.
